2. What data we process

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Provision of the service, connection and management of social media accounts, publication of scheduled content on behalf of the customer.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Protection of the service against misuse, error analysis, further development.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): insofar as required for individual functions (e.g. certain OAuth permissions).

4. Disclosure to third parties

To provide the service, data is transmitted to the following recipients, in each case exclusively to the extent initiated by the customer:

Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram)
LinkedIn Corporation
TikTok Inc. / TikTok Pte. Ltd.
X Corp.

These platforms process the transmitted data as separate controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Since some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA (in particular the USA), the transfer is based on the guarantees provided by these providers (e.g. standard contractual clauses), where applicable.

5. Storage duration

Account data and connected access tokens are stored for as long as the customer account exists or the respective platform connection is active. After termination of the account or disconnection of a platform connection, the associated access tokens are deleted without delay. 6. Cookies

The service uses a technically necessary session cookie ("sp.sid") to maintain the login status. This cookie is required for the operation of the service and is not subject to a consent requirement.

7. Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR, customers and data subjects have the right to:

8. Data security

Access tokens and other sensitive data are stored encrypted. Transmission takes place exclusively via TLS-encrypted connections (HTTPS).
