These Terms of Use govern the use of the application "Social Publisher" (hereinafter "Service"), provided by GoT-IT Europe / Joksch-IT (hereinafter "Provider"), available at socialmedia.software-joksch.com.
The Service enables registered customers to connect their own social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and to schedule and publish content via a central interface. In doing so, the Provider acts as a technical intermediary between the customer account and the respective platform APIs.
Use of the Service requires a customer account. The customer is obliged to provide truthful information during registration and to treat their access credentials confidentially. The customer is liable for activities under their account to the extent that they are carried out by the customer or with the customer's consent.
When connecting an external social media account, the customer authorizes the Service via the respective platform's OAuth login process to publish content on the customer's behalf and to retrieve account information. The customer is responsible for complying with the terms of use of the respective third-party platform (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X). The Provider has no influence over changes, restrictions, or suspensions imposed by these third-party platforms.
The Provider endeavors to ensure high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility, particularly where outages are due to maintenance work, force majeure, or disruptions at third-party platforms.
The Provider is not liable for content published by the customer via the Service, nor for actions or omissions of the connected third-party platforms (e.g., deletion, suspension, or rejection of posts by these platforms). Otherwise, the Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
